Malach's full-service machine shop is equipped with the latest technology in CNC (computer numerical control) milling and turning centers. As a full-service machine shop, we can take our customer's product from prototype to large volume production runs and assembly – all under one roof.

Our skilled technicians work from drawings and models (SolidWorks, SolidCam, DWG, DXF, IGES files) supplied by the customer or prepared at Malach to deliver the highest precision CNC parts.

Our CNC milling and turning allow us to use various materials, such as carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminum, brass and plastics. We also perform all secondary operations, including drilling, tapping, deburring and finishing. Our complete line of high-end equipment from Haas, Bridgeport and others allows us to be involved in everything from the most specific lathe part to the most challenging multi-axis part.
